  • star rating  I was the only one on the tour and had a very knowledgeable guide who provided an educational day out.While some parts of the tour were harrowing and reflected on... read more mans inhumanity to man it was well worth the day out.Unfortunately the Royal Palace was closed as was the silver pagoda but I got a very good tour through the city had a tremendous lunch I still had time to do a bit of shopping in the market before going on to the National Museum and the end of the tour.

  • star rating  We had an amazing day with our tour guide the beautiful Ms Mom. She was articulate, passionate and incredibly informed and shared all her knowledge with us so generously. The... read more day included some very challenging moments in the killing fields and the genocide museum but we felt safe in the very empathetic arms of Mom. She supported me when I became emotional, particularly when meeting one of two survivors from the Tseng prison but also shared her own vulnerability at this time .I think she probably leaves a little bit of her heart in each of these places each tour she does … just as we did . We had a lovely central market experience with her also which included her generously and humorously participating in a little video for our grandchildren at home …attached to this review . A fantastic exploration of Phnom Penh with an amazing guide ️
