Term & Condition
Dear all my travelers, should you wish to cancel, cancellation charges will be imposed. All cancellation must be received in writing, sent to us via email or fax. Royal Phnom Penh Tours must be informed in writing. These are calculated from the day written notification is received by the Company or their agent as a percentage of the total tour price, including surcharges, as shown below:
Reservation & Deposit for Day Tours (1 Day or 2 Days)
Reservation Tour
The booking should be made prior 5 days of tour departure.
Deposit on Tour
The 50% of deposit or full payment of tour fare per person is required upon booking. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of reservation and a forfeiture of deposit.

The booking should be made prior 15 days of tour departure.

The 50% of deposit or full payment of tour fare per person is required upon booking. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of reservation and a forfeiture of deposit.

Refund
Tour members should be aware that the Company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After a deposit or full payment is made, all arrangements are still subject to confirmation. When the arrangement cannot be confirmed.
The Company will endeavor to notify passenger at least 2 weeks before departure and a refund to payment of tour fare will be made if the tour is cancelled. The Company shall not be liable for any further responsibilities.

Correspondent Bank Choose one correspondent bank as per currency of remittance from our correspondent bank list.
The payment made by bank transfer is required to add 20USD/transaction on top of bill for bank commission fee in Cambodia.
Child fare:
– Infant of 2 years old and below are free of charge
– Child of under 12 years old and are charge 50%
– Adult of above 12 years old up are full charged
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy.
Please ask your nearby travel agent, or speak to your own insurance broker for any assistance of travel insurance.
Travel Document
Passengers must possess a valid passport and are responsible for obtaining necessary visa etc., prior to departure. Check with nearby travel agent for other countries’ visa requirement and to obtain Tour Orders (vouchers) for the whole package tours.

Confirmation of booking
Once a booking has been confirmed a confirmation invoice will be sent to you along with additional tour information.
